Have you ever tried these.Yes they actually work. All you do is store your fresh produce inside the Green Bag. The bag absorbs and gets ride of ethylene gas which causes fruit to ripen and eventually rot. It also regulates the humidity around the produce. I love to use these bags for lettuce. You can order them off her website and get double the amount you would normally get. I reuse the bags too.

The bags are also available for fresh cut flowers. I personally have never used them for flowers but I can see where that might be handy. Check out her site for more information.
