Here are our fruits, or should I say vegetables, of our labor. The chickens are now laying over a dozen eggs a week. And the radishes are getting big. All the plants are getting bigger. I already have three Green Stripe Tomatoes that are over two inches in diameter. I am so excited. We ate the radishes in our salad tonight. It’s so nice to eat something you’ve grown yourself. OK, so its not really a homestead, YET!
