I am sorry to admit that I have been a very bad blogger for the last six month.

For those of you who don’t know my husband and I have started an organic gelato company here in Santa Fe.

It has been very time consuming and I have had to let a lot of thing go in order to get all the homeschooling and web design and business administration done.

Yes ~ It’s the real kitchen. Up until this year you couldn’t certify a home kitchen. You can this year 2009. But we need to much voltage and equipment to work at home.
We are also hoping to do something in the Santa Fe RailYard this year.
