So every woman want’s to look young and beautiful right? So when I agreeded to try out Sustainable Youth’s Total Immune Performance™ Regimen I didn’t relize I would be showing the world my clean naked face up close. Well hear it is even cleaner and closer than I’m used to seeing it.
So I started out with Sustainable Youth’s products in June and have now finished a 4 week trial. I have to say looking at the pictures I can’t see a whole lot of difference but I can feel it ...

I have to say looking at the pictures I can’t see a whole lot of difference but I can feel it on my face. My skin feels soft, firm and elastic. The supply of vitamins was gone at the end of the trail 30 days but the bottles of serum and cream still have 1/3 to 1/4 left.

I have very sensitive skin and many products leave my skin either too dry or too oily and I break out. I even occasionlly get rashes from things. I did not however experience any of those problems with this product line.

I cannot for this trail say what long term benifits someone will reciev from this product but I can say that I would recommend this system as an alternative to other chemical youth serums and creams. For more information about Sustainable Youth and there products please visit their website.

I was contacted by this great company that makes all natural pet safe cleaner. They sent me a sample to try and I have to say it works. I tried the Carpet & Upholstry. I have used it on Mia’s Dog Kennel, bed and blanket. After a trip in the car and a dog with motion sickness something to help with the smell is always good. The granola is a mix of dried fruit, almonds, oats, millet, flax, maple syrup and more. It is sweet but not too sweet with just a hint of saltiness. I had to take the bag away from my kids so they wouldn’t eat the whole thing in one sitting.

This is such a great idea! I have often thought of a product like this. We have a park here that is near our house. It was remodeled a two years ago and is a great park with shade, a swimming pool next door and lots of great green space (hard to come by in NM). The one thing that is missing is a public bathroom! The nearest one is on the other side of the park is is usually locked unless there is a baseball game or something. The swimming pool has one but it is only open three months of the year. Sometimes I wonder who plans these things! Anyway this is a great solution for this problem. I often see children peeing behind the tree at the park.

I found this awesome product through Inhabitots. These Poteez come in different patterns and colors and are flat when you get them for easy storage. For more information on potty training check out Potty Patty for girls and Potty Scotty for boys.

I always new that some of the chemicals in sunscreens were not good for you but I figured that it was better than getting cancer from sun exposure. Well come to find out that some are really bad for you and the labels often have false claims. Some even deteriorate when exposed to sun. OK who’s the idiot who didn’t catch that design flaw!

Here is a report from Denver News about the recommendations for sunscreen and a link to the Cosmetic Safety Database. I think we will be using the California Baby Line as they seem to have toped the list. For you ladies out there who want a Moisturizer with sunscreen Olay’s Defense Daily UV Moisturizer (with zinc) seems to be the best.

I always try to wear a big sun hat, long sleeves if possible and avoid going out in the sun between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Oh and for fun here’s the “Sunscreen” Song.
